Lost or Damaged Items


It is the carrier’s responsibility to deliver the items undamaged. In the event that the merchandise is lost or damaged during shipment, customer must contact us within five (5) business days via email after the delivery date in the tracking details. We treat lost or damaged claims as a priority and will file a claim with UPS for the customer within 1-2 business day from the day we are notified of a lost or damaged delivery. Note: The box, packing materials, and the damaged item should be kept in the event UPS requests an inspection
